In order to receive payment under this guarantee, a customer must first provide a complete, system-generated (not hand-written) Good Faith Estimate and Truth in Lending Disclosure from a licensed Texas Property Tax Lender dated the same date as the rate quoted by us. If those documents indicate an interest rate and closing costs package that is equal to or lower than our interest rate and closing costs package for the same loan program and term, as evidenced by the disclosed Annual Percentage Rate (APR), and we have verified the accuracy of the rate and costs listed, we will either beat quoted the APR by ¼% or pay the customer $250 within ten business days after their property tax lien has been transferred to that licensed lender and the customer has provided us with a copy of the fully executed Note and HUD-1 Settlement Statement for the loan.
