1/31/2011 Property Tax Deadline

In most Texas Counties your 2010 property taxes must be paid on or before 1/31/2011 to avoid a 7% penalty. The penalty is the first of many that total annualized  rate of 44%.  Property owners, whom are interested in a Property Tax Loan as a means to pay their taxes must sign documents by 1/26/2011 in order fund the loan in time to met the 1/31/2011 deadline.
